Replace Knock Sensor Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Raise vehicle by its entire height
2. 2. Remove intake manifold support (3) • Unscrew 2 bolts (2 and 4) • Pull off vacuum hose (1)

3. 3. Disconnect wiring harness plug, knock sensor (2)
4. 4. Remove knock sensor • Remove bolt (1)

5. 5. Clean contact surface

Install

6. 6. Install knock sensor • Tighten bolt 20 Nm

Important. It is essential that the specified tightening torques are adhered to

7. 7. Install intake manifold support • Tighten 2x bolt 8 Nm • Connect vacuum hose.
8. 8. Lower vehicle by its entire height
