| Cover (1), rotor (2), vanes (3) and check valve from housing - mark position of cover relative to housing. | |||

Vanes (1) to rotor - chamfered ends of vanes to outside.
Rotor with vanes to housing - splines in rotor to face towards cover.
O - ring and cover to housing - align marks made during disassembly.
