Replace One Piston/con-Rod Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. Remove piston rings
2. Detach piston (1) from con-rod (3) • Remove 2x retaining ring (2) • Press out piston bolts (4)

Replace One Piston/con-Rod

Install

Important. Coat with engine oil! Ensure the retaining rings are seated correctly in the grooves!

3. Attach piston to con-rod • Press in piston bolts • Install 2x new locking ring
4. Attach piston rings
