Replace Dynamic Oil Level Check Sensor Opel Vectra C

Remove

  1. 1. Remove lower part of oil pan
  2. 2. Remove oil baffle plate (1). • Unscrew 14x bolt
  1. 3. Disconnect dynamic oil level check sensor wiring harness plug
  2. 4. Remove dynamic oil level check sensor (1). • Unscrew 2x bolt • Unclip retaining clamp (arrow)
  3. 5. Detach dynamic oil level check sensor bracket (2) • Unscrew 2x nut

Install

  1. 6. Attach for dynamic oil level check sensor bracket • Tighten 2x nut
  2. 7. Install dynamic oil level check sensor • Replace seal ring • Tighten 2x bolt 10 Nm • Clip in retaining clamp
  3. 8. Connect dynamic oil level check sensor wiring harness plug
  4. 9. Clean 14x thread
  5. 10. Install oil baffle plate • Tighten 14x bolt

Note. Clean thread before re-using and insert bolt with screw locking compound (red). The maximum installation time including torque testing is 10 minutes.

  1. 11. Install lower part of oil pan
