Replace Toothed Belt Cover Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove right engine damping block adapter
2. 2. Remove engine transport shackle (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt
3. 3. Remove toothed belt cover (2) • Unscrew 4x bolt

Note. Note guide bushings, O-rings and differing bolt lengths.

Install

4. 4. Install toothed belt cover • Tighten 4x bolt 25 Nm

Note. Note guide bushings and O-rings

5. 5. Install right hand engine transport shackle • Tighten 2x bolts 50 Nm
6. 6. Install right engine damping block adapter
