Replace Intake Pipe for Oil Pump Opel Vectra C

Remove

  1. 1. Remove lower part of oil pan
  2. 2. Remove oil baffle plate (1). • Unscrew 14x bolt
  1. 3. Remove oil intake pipe (1) • Remove bolt

Note. Lift oil intake pipe out of top of oil pan

Install

  1. 4. Install oil intake pipe • Replace seal ring • Tighten bolt

Note. Coat with engine oil

  1. 5. Clean thread. • Clean 14x thread
  2. 6. Install oil baffle plate • Tighten 14x bolt

Note. Clean thread before re-using and insert bolt with screw locking compound (red). The maximum installation time including torque testing is 10 minutes.

  1. 7. Install lower part of oil pan
