Remove and Install Flywheel Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove thrust plate with clutch disc
2. 2. Detach KM-6263 • Unscrew 4x bolt
3. 3. Release flywheel • Lock flywheel with KM-652 (1) • Unscrew 8x bolt

4. 4. Remove flywheel

Note. 2nd mechanic required. Screw KM-574 (1) into threaded holes (arrows) and carefully remove the flywheel.

Install

5. 5. Clean 8x threads • In crankshaft
6. 6. Install flywheel • Position flywheel with KM-574 • Lock flywheel with KM-652 • Tighten 8x new bolt 145 Nm
7. 7. Attach KM-6263 • Tighten 4x bolt
8. 8. Install thrust plate with clutch disc (with SAC)
