Replace Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove intake manifold upper part
2. 2. Detach exhaust gas recirculation valve connecting pipe (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt • Remove gasket.
3. 3. Detach exhaust recirculation valve (3) from upper part of intake manifold (2) • Unscrew 4x bolt • Remove gasket.

Install

4. 4. Attach exhaust recirculation valve to upper part of intake manifold • Replace gasket • Tighten 4x bolt 24 Nm
5. 5. Attach exhaust gas recirculation valve connecting pipe • Replace gasket • Tighten 2x bolt 25 Nm
6. 6. Install intake manifold upper part
