Replace Right-Hand Engine Damping Block Adapter Opel Vectra C

Remove

  1. 1. Remove right engine damping block
  2. 2. Unclip 2x wiring harness (1) • Disconnect AC pressure sensor wiring harness plug • Lay both wiring harnesses aside
  1. 3. Remove right engine damping block adapter (1) • Unscrew 4x bolt

Note. Note dissimilar bolt lengths

Install

  1. 4. Install right engine damping block adapter • Tighten 2x new bolts M10 40 Nm + 90° • Tighten 2x bolt-M12 64 Nm

Note. Note differing bolt lengths. Insert bracket with the two rear bolts.

  1. 5. Clip in 2x wiring harness • Connect AC pressure sensor wiring harness plug
  2. 6. Install right engine damping block
