Replace Torsional Vibration Damper Opel Vectra C

DOHC Diesel Engine 1 illustration

1. Remove ribbed V-belt
2. Remove torsional vibration damper • Counterhold it with KM-6347 (1) together with KM-956-1 (2) • Remove bolt

Replace Torsional Vibration Damper

Install

3. Install torsional vibration damper • Screw in bolt

Note. Coat sealing surface with engine oil.

4. Tighten torsional vibration damper • Counterhold it with KM-6347 together with KM-956-1 • Tighten bolt 235 Nm

Note. 2nd mechanic is required.

5. Install ribbed V-belt
