| Cause: | During the programming the data from the old ECU is erroneously read out by using the F0 key. This is the wrong procedure for a new programming. |

If an ECU is to be newly programmed the unit must be installed in the vehicle.
The reference data can be read using the TECH I.
After copying the correct software from CD-ROM via TIS to the TECH I the new programming of the engine control unit can begin.
