Effects:
· The engine telltale flashes
· Approx. 1 s after ignition ON, the injection function is blocked and the fuel pump switched off
Note:
| New control units are delivered with the status "immobiliser deactivated". Trouble code 83 remains stored until the immobiliser function in the control unit has been activated by calling up the relevant programming (see section 2.3.2.4.1). |
