For right-handed potentiometers, Ter. 1 to ground and Ter. 2 to positive terminal.
For left-handed potentiometers (C 30 SE), polarity is reversed.
Engine at idle speed
· Remove plug from throttle valve INACTIVE · Short circuit between signal lead Ter. 3
potentiometer on throttle valve plug and ground
Ter. 1 or Ter. 2 (C 30 SE).
· Lead interruption from control unit Ter. 53 to throttle valve plug Ter. 3 or from throttle valve plug Ter. 1 and Ter. 2 to control unit Ter. 26 and 12.
· Control unit defective
