Pedal Position Sensor
The pedal position sensor is located in the footwell, above the accelerator pedal. The actual accelerator pedal position is converted into an electrical signal by the pedal position sensor and sent to the control unit.
The pedal position sensor has a rotary potentiometer, an idle switch and return springs. The sensor must not be opened.

The pedal stop bolt sets the amplitude of the wide open throttle signal to the control unit.
