· Fuse F6 E defective

· Disconnect plug from Motronic control unit K61

· Using multimeter, check from relay base K68 / Ter. 1 to Motronic control unit K61 / Ter. 46 for passage

approx. 0 W· Short circuit or lead interruption from

- fuel injection unit relay K68 / Ter. 1 to Motronic control unit K61 / Ter. 46

- ATWS defective (if present)
· Using multimeter, check from relay base Ter. 9 to Motronic control unit K61 / Ter. 3 for passageapprox. 0 W· Short circuit or lead interruption from

- fuel injection unit relay K68 / Ter. 9 to Control unit K61 / Ter. 3

· Bridge fuel injection unit relay K68

Ter. 2 with Ter. 8

· Using multimeter, measure voltage at control unit plug Ter. 37 to ground.11.5 to 13.5 V· Short circuit or lead interruption from Motronic control unit K61 / Ter. 37 to

· Reconnect fuel injection unit relay K68 to relay socket

· Reconnect plug to Motronic control unit K61

· Check fuel pressure (observe safety regulations)

· Install pressure gauge in feed

· Ignition "ON"Feed pressure: 2.5 to 3.0 bar· Fuse F55 defective

· Short circuit or lead interruption from

- fuel injection unit relay K68 / Ter. 4 to fuse F55

- fuse F55 to oxygen sensor heating P32
