Replace Oil Separator Opel Combo C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach ground clamp from ground terminal – Remove nut
3. 3. Detach engine vent hose (1) from timing case (3) • Loosen clamp (2) • Unclip from bracket

4. 4. Detach engine vent hose (1) from air intake pipe (3) • Loosen clamp (2)

5. 5. Raise vehicle all the way
6. 6. Remove oil separator (1) • Detach return hose from connection – Release clamp (3) • Unscrew 2 bolts (2)

7. 7. Detach 3 hoses from oil separator • Release 3x clamp

Install

8. 8. Attach 3 hoses to oil separator • Secure 3x clamp
9. 9. Install oil separator • Attach return hose to oil separator – Fasten clamp • Tighten 2 bolts 9 Nm
10. 10. Lower vehicle all the way
11. 11. Attach engine vent hose to air intake hose • Fasten clamp
12. 12. Attach engine vent hose to timing case • Fasten clamp • Clip into bracket
13. 13. Connect battery • Attach ground clamp to ground terminal – Tighten nuts
14. 14. Program volatile memory
15. 15. Close bonnet
