How to Replace the Oil Pipe Inside Engine Opel Combo C

Remove

1. 1. Remove timing case
2. 2. Detach hydraulic chain tensioner (1) • Secure chain tensioner – Release in the direction of the arrow • Use KM-955 • Unscrew 2 bolts
3. 3. Detach timing chain tension rail (2) • Remove bolt

4. 4. Detach oil supply pipe, timing chain (1) • Unscrew 2x banjo bolt (2)

5. 5. Cleaning work

Install

6. 6. Attach oil supply pipe, timing chain • Tighten 2 banjo bolts 6 Nm
7. 7. Attach timing chain tension rail • Tighten bolt 9 Nm
8. 8. Attach hydraulic chain tensioner • Tighten 2 bolts 9 Nm • Remove KM-955
9. 9. Install timing case
