Measure

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Remove oil dipstick
3. 3. Insert measuring probe

Note. Insert oil dipstick guide tube to a depth of approx. 1 cm above the bottom of the oil pan. Seal opening of the oil dipstick guide tube with the enclosed rubber plug.

4. 4. Measure oil temperature • Use MKM-596-A

Note. The oil temperature depends on the engine load. High outside temperatures and extreme engine loads can cause the oil temperature to reach approx. 150 °C.

5. 5. Remove measuring probe.
6. 6. Insert oil dipstick.
7. 7. Close bonnet
