How to Replace the Exhaust Manifold Opel Combo C

Remove

1. Remove exhaust manifold with turbocharger
2. Remove turbocharger (1) • Unscrew 3x nut (arrows)

How to Replace the Exhaust Manifold

3. Cleaning work • Cylinder head, exhaust manifold
4. Reassemble small parts • 3x stud bolt

Install

5. Install turbocharger • Tighten 3x nuts 25 Nm
6. Install turbocharger with exhaust manifold
