Remove

1. 1. Remove attaching parts from cylinder head
2. 2. Clean sealing surfaces to remove gasket residue

Inspect

3. 3. Check length and breadth of sealing surfaces for deflection and check diagonally for torsion • Use a straight edge and a feeler gauge • Maximum deflection is 0,10 mm
4. 4. Measure the height of the cylinder head • Sealing surface to sealing surface • Dimension l: = 105,45 – 105,55 mm

5. 5. Install cylinder head attaching parts
