Replace Engine Damping Block (Front) Opel Meriva A

Remove

  1. 1. Open bonnet

Important. In vehicles with ESP - the steering angle sensor loses its basic settings every time the battery is disconnected and has to be recalibrated.

  1. 2. Disconnect battery
  2. 3. Raise vehicle
  3. 4. Remove front reaction member (1) • Unscrew 2x bolts (2) • Unscrew nut (arrow) • Remove screw connection

Install

  1. 5. Install front reaction member • Tighten 2x bolts 95 Nm • Insert screw connection – Tighten nuts 60 Nm
  2. 6. Lower vehicle
  3. 7. Connect battery
  4. 8. Calibrate steering angle sensor • Turn on ignition

Note. Turn the steering wheel once from the right stop to left stop.

  1. 9. Program volatile memory
  2. 10. Close bonnet
