Check Engine Oil Pressure Opel Meriva A

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Unscrew closure bolt (1)

3. 3. Clean threads

Measure

4. 4. Attach KM-498-B (2) in conjunction with KM-232 (1)
5. 5. Start engine.
6. 6. Check oil pressure • At idling speed the oil pressure must be at least 130 kPa (1.3 bar) and the oil temperature must be >= 80 °C

Install

7. 7. Switch off engine
8. 8. Detach KM-498-B together with KM-232
9. 9. Fit new closure bolt in cylinder head • Tighten bolt 15 Nm
10. 10. Engine oil level check
11. 11. Close bonnet
