Replace Toothed Belt Tensioner Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. Remove toothed belt
2. Remove toothed belt tightening roller (1) • Unscrew bolt (2)

Replace Toothed Belt Tensioner

Install

3. Fit toothed belt tightening roll • Hang toothed belt tightening roller spring • Screw in tooth belt tightening roller bolt • Rotate the tightening roller by approx. 180° anti-clockwise – Tighten bolt
4. Install toothed belt
