How to Remove and Install the Starter Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach negative clamp from earth terminal – Undo nut
3. 3. Release starter • Unscrew bolt (1)

4. 4. Raise vehicle by its full height
5. 5. Detach 3x wiring harnesses • Unscrew 2x nuts (1) • Unscrew bolt (2)
6. 6. Remove starter (3) • Unscrew bolt (4) • Remove starter

Install

7. 7. Install starter • Insert starter • Tighten bolt 38 Nm
8. 8. Attach 3x wiring harnesses • Tighten 2x nuts • Tighten bolt
9. 9. Lower vehicle by its full height
10. 10. Fasten starter • Tighten bolt 60 Nm
11. 11. Connect battery • Attach earth clamp to earth terminal – Tighten nut
12. 12. Program volatile memories
13. 13. Close bonnet
