Detaching and Attaching Components, Cylinder Head Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Detach thermostat housing (1) • Unscrew 2x nut (arrows) • Unscrew stud bolts (arrows) • Release thermostat housing with KM-J-37228

2. 2. Unscrew 4x sheathed glow plug

Install

3. 3. Attach 4x sheathed glow plugs • Tighten 4x sheathed glow plugs to 14 Nm
4. 4. Clean sealing surface • Cylinder head, thermostat housing
5. 5. Apply sealing compound

Note. Select a suitable sealing compound from the replacement parts catalogue

6. 6. Attach thermostat housing • Tighten 2x nut 24 Nm • Tighten stud bolt 24 Nm
