Replace Accelerator Pedal Module Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach ground connection from ground terminal
3. 3. Open driver's door
4. 4. Remove inner panelling, instrument panel padding, lower • Unclip 2x clip (arrows) • Pull inner panelling forwards

5. 5. Disconnect wiring harness plug (2) • Release wiring harness plug in direction of arrow
6. 6. Detach accelerator pedal module from bulkhead • Unscrew 3x nuts (1)

Install

7. 7. Attach accelerator pedal module to bulkhead • Tighten 3x new nut 12 Nm
8. 8. Attach wiring harness plug • Fit wiring harness plug retainer
9. 9. Install inner panelling, instrument panel padding, lower • Clip in 2x clips
10. 10. Close driver's door
11. 11. Connect battery • Attach ground connection to ground terminal
12. 12. Program volatile memories
13. 13. Close bonnet
