Replace All Tappets, Hydraulic Valve Lifter Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Remove camshaft housing
2. 2. Remove 16x roller cam followers (1) with valve clearance compensators (2)

Note. Set aside in the order removed.

3. 3. Replace 16x valve clearance compensators • Unclip valve play compensators (2) from roller cam follower (1) in direction of arrow

Note. Note centring shackle on retaining spring

4. 4. Clip valve clearance compensator to roller cam follower

Install

5. 5. Clean sealing surface
6. 6. Insert 16x roller cam follower with valve clearance compensator

Note. Note removal sequence. Before installation, insert roller cam follower and hydraulic valve lifter in engine oil.

7. 7. Install camshaft housing
