Replace Oil Pump Seal Ring- Opel Corsa D

DOHC Diesel Engine 3 illustrations ~106 words

Remove

  1. 1. Remove toothed belt drivewheel
  2. 2. Remove oil pump gear (1) • Unscrew nut

Note. Counterhold with socket wrench (2)

Important. Do not damage sealing surfaces

  1. 3. Prise out oil pump seal ring (1) with a suitable tool

Install

  1. 4. Install oil pump seal ring • Insert new seal ring in oil pump cover • Drive in as far as the stop with KM-657 (1)
  2. 5. Fit oil pump drive gear • At oil pump • Tighten nut 60 Nm , slacken nut (wait 60 seconds), tighten nut 60 Nm

Note. Note installation position (arrow)

  1. 6. Install toothed belt drivewheel
