Note:

The ENGINE LOAD SIG. is a processed throttle valve potentiometer signal.

The throttle valve signal is the only influencing variable on the signal.

Possible causes of fault:

· Air leak in intake system

· Mass air flow meter defective; trouble codes 73, 74

· Engine speed signal sensor faulty; trouble codes 19, 31

· Lead connection from throttle valve potentiometer P34/Ter.3 to control unit K61/Ter.53 interrupted.

· Control unit K61 defective
