Replace Oil Pressure Switch Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Detach ribbed V-belt
2. 2. Remove compressor • Unscrew 3x bolts (1) • Lay aside

Note. Air conditioning system remains closed

3. 3. Place collecting basin underneath.
4. 4. Remove oil pressure switch • Disconnect wiring harness connector. – Push back heat shield • Unscrew oil pressure switch

Install

5. 5. Install oil pressure switch • Tighten oil pressure switch 20 Nm • Fix wiring harness plug – Push on heat shield
6. 6. Fit compressor • Tighten 3 bolts 22 Nm
7. 7. Install ribbed V-belt
8. 8. Lower vehicle by its full height
9. 9. Check engine oil level and correct if necessary.
10. 10. Close bonnet
