How to Remove and Install the Right Engine Damping Block Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Remove air cleaner housing
3. 3. Suspend engine from corresponding engine transport shackle on engine crane (1)

4. 4. Remove engine damping block, right hand side • Unscrew 2x bolts (1) • Unscrew 3x bolts (2)

Install

5. 5. Install right engine damping block • Tighten 3x bolt (M10) – Tightening torque 60 Nm • Tighten 2x bolt M12 – Tightening torque 80 Nm + 45° – Use new bolts
6. 6. Unhitch engine from engine crane.
7. 7. Install air cleaner housing
8. 8. Close bonnet
