Replace Heat Exchanger Opel Corsa D

DOHC Petrol Engine 1 illustration

Remove

1. Remove oil filter housing
2. Detach heat exchanger from oil filter housing • Unscrew 6 bolts (arrows)

Replace Heat Exchanger

Install

3. Clean sealing surface
4. Attach heat exchanger to oil filter housing • Use new seal • Tighten 6x bolt
5. Install oil filter housing
