Replace Air Cleaner Housing Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Remove air cleaner housing • Disconnect intake air temperature sensor wiring harness plug (1) • Unclip intake air temperature sensor wiring harness (2) from air cleaner housing • Detach air intake pipe (3) from throttle valve module – Release clamp (4) • Detach air intake pipe (3) from air cleaner housing – Loosen clamp (5) • Press air cleaner housing from rubber bearings – Push air cleaner housing upward (arrow) – Push air cleaner housing inward (arrow)

3. 3. Remove attaching parts • Detach air intake pipe – Release clamp • Detach upper part of air cleaner housing – Unscrew 4x bolts • Take out air filter insert

Note. The stages below are only to be undertaken when replacing the air cleaner housing.

Install

4. 4. Fit attaching parts • Place air cleaner insert in lower part of air cleaner housing • Attach upper part of air cleaner housing to lower part of air cleaner housing – Tighten 4x bolts • Attach air intake pipe – Fasten clamp

Note. The stages below are only to be undertaken when replacing the air cleaner housing.

5. 5. Install air cleaner housing • Insert air cleaner housing into rubber bearing • Push air intake pipe onto air cleaner housing • Attach air intake hose to throttle valve module – Fasten clamp • Attach engine vent hose to timing case – Fasten clamp • Connect intake air temperature sensor wiring harness plug
6. 6. Close bonnet
