Replace Left Engine Damping Block Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Remove battery support.
3. 3. Install engine hoist
4. 4. Suspend engine • Unclip wiring harness plug (2) • Unclip wiring harness (1) • Position the chain case above the engine transport tab • Suspend hook (3) in engine transport tab (4) • Tension the chain by rotating the hex of the chain case

5. 5. Remove left engine damping block • Unscrew 2x bolts (1) • Unscrew 2x bolts (2)

Install

6. 6. Install left engine damping block • Tighten 2 bolts (2) – Tightening torque 80 Nm . • Tighten 2x bolt (1) – Tightening torque 80 Nm + 45°

Note. Use new bolts.

7. 7. Detach engine hoist
8. 8. Install battery holder
9. 9. Program volatile memories
10. 10. Close bonnet
