| Complaint: | Oil pan leaky. |

| Cause: | Poor sealing of oil pan bottom cover. |
| Production: | Affected VIN range SV720103 up to TV832164. |
Remedy:
Instruction:
With the engine at normal running temperatures foolow the drain down procedure.
1) Drain engine oil and leave for four hours then remove bottom cover.
2) Clean flange of oil pan and connecting surface of bottom cover using cleaning solvent.
3) Apply liquid gasket on the flange of oil pan. The gasket bead diameter is approx. 4 mm.
4) The oil pan must be installed within 5 min. of gasket application.
5) Refit the securing hardware and tighten to 9 Nm.
6) Allow 12 hours for gasket to cure before refilling with fresh oil.
