Cylinder Heads and Valves
Four identical cylinder heads are installed on the engine. The cylinder heads are of light alloy and are equipped with valve seat inserts, valve guides and swirl chambers. The valve stems are equipped with oil seals.
| A single gasket is installed between all four cylinder heads and the cylinder block. Individual gaskets are installed between each port and the exhaust and intake manifolds. | |||

| A single cylinder head cover is installed on the four heads. The gasket is formed to bridge the gaps between the adjacent cylinder heads. | |||

· Service
Replacement valve seats, guides and oversize swirl chambers are available. Three different thicknesses of cylinder head gasket are available.
