Valve spring - apply compressed air to cylinder via glow plug hole to hold valve in place; compress valve spring and remove split collar and valve spring upper seat - use a valve spring compressor tool.

Valve spring upper seat onto valve.
Split collar - use a valve spring compressor tool with compressed air via glow plug hole to hold valve in place.
