Vacuum Pump Remove and Install Opel Campo I

Remove

Alternator drive belt.

Vacuum and oil lines from vacuum pump.

Vacuum pump from alternator – three screws (arrowed).

Install

Vacuum pump to alternator – pour 5 ml of engine oil into filler port – screws 7 Nm.

Inspect

Check alternator pulley can be turned easily by hand.

Install

Vacuum and oil lines to vacuum pump.

Drive belt.

Adjust

Drive belt - see operation "Drive Belt Tension Check and Adjust".
