Throttle Valve Potentiometer, Campo Opel Campo I

Objective:

Checking the electrical and mechanical functions.

Measurement:

Plot of voltage at the signal output of the potentiometer.

Preparation:

Switch off the engine and ignition.

Connections:

INPUT ACOM/TRIGGERINPUT B
Connect the red measurement lead to pin X37–B of the connection plug on the throttle valve potentiometer. Connect the ground lead to pin X37–A.

Procedure Tech 31:

  1. 1. Download Reference curve.
  2. 2. Switch ignition on.
  3. 3. Depress the accelerator pedal quickly down to the limit stop and then release it again.

  1. 1. Download Setup file (the Tech 32 uses only Setup files, no reference curves).
  2. 2. Switch ignition on.
  3. 3. Depress the accelerator pedal quickly down to the limit stop and then release it again.
