Remove
Cylinder block dowel.
Cylinder liners – see operation "Cylinder Liner Replace".
Measure
Upper surface of cylinder block for deformations along length and width as well as warping along the diagonals - use suitable straight edge and feeler gauges.
Maximum deformation of plane surface 0.20 mm.
Replace cylinder block if deformation exceeds specification.
