Disassemble
Oil strainer assembly pump gear cover driven gear oil pipe and relief valve from pump body.
Inspect
All parts for wear damage or other abnormality.
Measure
Gear teeth to pump body inner wall clearance - 0.20 mm maximum replace driven gear or pump assembly if clearance is exceeded.
Measure
Gears and pump cover - 0.15 mm maximum replace pump assembly if clearance is exceeded.
Disassemble
Relief valve assembly from pump body – split pin.
Clean
All parts.
Assemble
Relief valve assembly pipe pump gear cover and oil strainer assembly to pump body - bolts 16 Nm.
