Remove
Air cleaner cover intake hose and ducting from air cleaner and turbocharger.
Intake hose with ducting from intake manifold and turbocharger.
Remove
Exhaust gas recirculation pipe (arrowed) from exhaust manifold and exhaust gas recirculation valves – bolts and nut.
Positive crankcase ventilation hose from cylinder head cover.
Remove
Cylinder head cover and gasket from cylinder head.
Clean
Sealing surfaces of cylinder head cover gasket.
Install
Gasket to cylinder head cover.
Cylinder head cover to cylinder head - tighten nuts uniformly from centre outwards - 13 Nm.
Install
Exhaust gas recirculation pipe (arrowed) to exhaust gas recirculation valves – bolts 24 Nm.
Exhaust gas recirculation pipe to exhaust manifold - nut bolt – 26 Nm.
Intake hose to intake manifold.
Positive crankcase ventilaton hose to cylinder head cover.
Install
Air cleaner cover air hoses and ducting to turbocharger and air cleaner.
Intake hose with ducting to intake manifold and turbocharger.
