Remove
Timing belt and timing belt covers - see operations "Timing Belt Remove and Install".
Crankshaft pulley boss from crankshaft - use KM-J-8614-01.
Crankshaft timing pulley from crankshaft - use KM-8060.
Oil seal from cylinder block - use KM-8067 (arrowed).
Install
Oil seal to cylinder block - use Installer KM-8069 (arrowed); apply engine oil to seal lip before attaching seal to sleeve of Installer then screw onto end of crankshaft. Tighten centre bolt (1) until sleeve touches front end of crankshaft.
Measure
Remove sleeve and check oil seal protrusion is within limit 0.9 ± 0.3 mm.
Install
Crankshaft timing pulley - flange must be towards cylinder block.
Crankshaft pulley boss - use KM-J-8614-01; bolt 206 Nm.
