Cylinder Block Ventilation Oil Separator Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Disconnect battery negative lead • Release nut
2. 2. Release oil separator air intake vent hose (1) from air intake vent pipe • Release clip
3. 3. Raise vehicle
4. 4. Release engine vent hose (3) from oil separator • Release clip
5. 5. Release flange hose (4) from oil separator • Release clip
6. 6. Remove oil separator (5) with air intake hose from engine • Remove 2x bolt (2) • Remove air intake vent hose from oil separator

Install

7. 7. Install oil separator (5) with air intake hose to engine • Install 2x bolt (2) 10 Nm
8. 8. Secure flange hose (4) to oil separator • Secure new clip
9. 9. Secure engine vent hose (3) to oil separator • Secure new clip
10. 10. Lower vehicle
11. 11. Secure oil separator air intake vent hose (1) to air intake vent pipe • Secure new clip

12. 12. Connect battery negative lead • Secure nut 11 Nm
13. 13. Program all volatile memories – see operation “Program Volatile Memories”
