Engine Management System, Simtec 71, Y 22 Xe
The Y 22 XE engine is equipped with the advanced version of the Simtec 70 engine management system.
The new features of the Simtec 71 are listed below and described in the subsequent sections.
- Composite version of engine control unit
- Throttle valve module (electronic accelerator pedal)
- Accelerator pedal with pedal sensor (electronic accelerator pedal)
- 2. Oxygen sensor for monitoring exhaust gas control
- Additional catalytic converter (starting catalytic converter)
