| Complaint: | V - and J - Car: TC P0115, hard start cold/hot. T - Car: TC P0115, hard start cold/hot. In addition for T-Car, the engine control drives the radiator which then runs permanently in step 1.For vehicles with A/C, the fan is driven by the engine cooling module. At the same time, the A/C is switched off by the engine control unit. |

| Cause: | Defective sensor coolant temperature. |
| Production: | Modified sensors as of manufacturing date 31/99, have been introduced in production. |
Remedy:
If TECH 2 shows Trouble Code P0115, the sensor coolant temperature has to be replaced.
Note: The sensor coolant temperature Part-No.: 90530444 / Catalogue-No.: 13 42 570 is not more available. The TSB 1297 will be invalid as of 07/31/2003. Please use TSB 1437 or 1447 instead.
Working procedure:
1. Readout Trouble Code with TECH 2. 2. Replace sensor coolant temperature.

3. Delete Trouble Code with TECH 2.

T 8 129 73 Replace Sensor Omega-B Y22XE 92 0.4 hrs. Coolant Temperature. Readout Trouble Code and delete.
The regular warranty procedure should be used for claiming Set-up-time.
