Replace Cylinder Head Cover Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Remove engine cover
3. 3. Detach vacuum line • Detach 2x vacuum hose from vacuum line • Unscrew 2x bolts (arrows)

4. 4. Detach 2x hose (1) from cylinder housing cover • Undo 2 clamps

5. 5. Remove cylinder head cover • Unscrew 7x bolt (arrows) in a spiral from the outside inward

6. 6. Remove oil filler cap from cylinder head cover

Remove

7. 7. Clean sealing surface
8. 8. Attach oil filler cap to cylinder head cover
9. 9. Install cylinder head cover • Replace seal • Tighten 7x bolt in a spiral from the inside outward 10 Nm
10. 10. Attach 2x hose to cylinder head cover • Attach 2x clamps
11. 11. Install vacuum line • Tighten 2x bolt 9 Nm • Attach 2x vacuum hose to vacuum line
12. 12. Install engine cover
13. 13. Close bonnet
