Replace Oil Pressure Switch Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach ground connection from ground terminal – Slacken nut
3. 3. Raise vehicle
4. 4. Detach the lower engine cover and right engine splash guard
5. 5. Remove oil pressure switch (2) • Place collecting basin underneath. • Disconnect wiring harness plug (1)

Install

6. 6. Install oil pressure switch • Tighten oil pressure switch 25 Nm • Replace sealing ring • Fix wiring harness plug
7. 7. Install lower engine cover and right engine splash guard
8. 8. Lower vehicle
9. 9. Connect battery • Attach ground connection to ground terminal – Tighten nut
10. 10. Program volatile memories
11. 11. Check engine oil level, correct if necessary • Observe specified engine oil quantity
12. 12. Close bonnet
