Replace Torsional Vibration Damper Opel Astra H

Diesel Engine 1 illustration

Remove

1. Remove ribbed V-belt
2. Remove torsional vibration damper (1) • Unscrew 4x bolts

Note. Counterhold toothed belt drive gear at bolt (2)

Replace Torsional Vibration Damper

Install

3. Install torsional vibration damper • Tighten 4x bolt 25 Nm

Note. Observe correct fitting position

Note. Counterhold toothed belt drive gear at bolt

4. Install ribbed V-belt
