Replace Toothed Belt Drivewheel Opel Astra H

Diesel Engine 1 illustration

Remove

1. Remove toothed belt
2. Detach toothed belt drive gear • Unscrew bolt • Counterhold with EN-47630 (1) in combination with KM-956-1 (2) • Remove toothed belt drive gear with EN-47630

Note. Left-handed thread

Replace Toothed Belt Drivewheel

Install

3. Replace toothed belt drive gear • Put on with EN-47630 • Tighten bolt 340 Nm • Counterhold with EN-47630 • Remove EN-47630

Note. Left-handed thread

4. Install toothed belt
